At yeovil the service was great. Good communication excellent updates and quotes on the spot for the work which was essential. Work was carried out on the day. Cant thank them enough this time. Andy in service was great. Staff were lovely.

Service at the branch was fine and adviser was great, but not happy that the £625 estimate from BMW turned out to be £718, for the commissioned job with no extra work and sums up Vertu as a business.

Complete disaster with booking as I was put through a central booking department in South Shields, where i was told, with six weeks notice, that there was no available MOT or service before my MOT ran out and couldn't have both doe at the same time?

Replaced the windscreen hassel free. Picked up the car and dropped it off too which massively helps with logistics and not disrupt my day too much.

Service booked in December .slot mid Feb. From my recollection I booked it in for an MOT and service ( range extender). The MOT was not completed..had to be rebooked. Vehicle health check.brake fluid service was ok but dash light now on for this.

My only little niggle was that the door cills were not cleaned properly when the car was washed, which I have been used to previously in other BMW garages. Otherwise I was very happy with everything else, thank you.

My faulty dash cam was not replaced as I was told. So it was removed with a full refund. I would have given a replacement a go. But warranty red tape prevented that. The service and complimentary valet was very good as usual

I was very satisfied with the service and feedback but a little disappointed that you were unable to readily source a new tyre on this occasion. However Andy Crump was able to provide exact tyre details and I was able to source a tyre locally.

Car serviced all good until some missing paperwork, Michal to the rescue again, he sorted it and asked a colleague to send it to me and what a surprise its still not with me. Michal has been great again, but he has also been let down by some others.

Told my vehicle would needed for one day on the phone, then told on dropping the vehicle off that it would take 2 days, so I had to walk over an hour to the train station and pay to get home, and then pay again and a long walk to collect vehicle.

My car is still under warranty. They found an issue with gaitor split and told me they will come back to let me know if that is covered under warranty. They still haven't come back after 2 weeks

Andy Crumb, from Vertu, was extremely helpful and friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with him. My car was ready within the two hour waiting time I was quoted and was beautifully clean. The BMW problems above stopped me giving five stars.

We could not expect any better service, it was 100% from everyone we met. We have purchased several new cars over the years from other dealerships, this experience was by far the best.
