The time it took was way longer than expected. Left car at 0830 and collected at 1800 Also not enough staff to compete full requested work and had issues with topping up the air on. No good will gesture was offered

Front of service reception is 5 star. Service showed a lack of due care and attention. Adblue was topped up and spilt all over the cap and the fuel cap in the recess. The spill was not wiped clean and when I next filled up my car I was really annoyed

Prefer to deal with a human being when booking my vehicle in and out rather than dropping the key into a box accessed by a screen. To the best of my knowledge the work itself was carried out satisfactorily - safety recall.

Original booking cancelled due to back order part, asked to be rebooked only when part in stock. Rebooked months later then cancelled the day before for the same reason. Transport preparations made on both occasions by myself. Extremely disappointed.

Not too pleased that i have to return for a 2nd day as the parking sensors aren't kept in stock. Dealer was told of the fault, knows the colour of the car but has to order the part in. I get the reasons but it passes the inconvenience to the customer

I prebooked a courtesy car only to be told on arrvial that because i was over 85 years one couldn't be provided. So a wasted day and 2 weeks further delay in getting the job done. I bought the car from Vertu, so you and BMW knew my profile!

The people in the centre are very polite and great to deal with. Unfortunately my vehicle has been back there four times with the same fault and they have still not fixed it. The last time they had it for week. I feel they need to get new mechanics
