The service was fine, the lack of the pre booked test drive was shocking. Then to offer a 1 series diesel courtesy car for a customer who has an 80k EV from you is shocking. It's not even remotely comparable.

Apart from the high cost, 20 miles after I picked up the car message that I needed to fill with 1 litre of engine oil. Surely with this comprehensive service and winter check it should have been noticed that oil level was low?

The work was done swifty (I waited). The video inspection is always helpful and nice to see, which was sent while I was waiting. My car received a thorough clean and vaccum. The cost was very reasonable and impotantly the standard of work is high.

This time round the actual repair work was completed timely and very satisfactory. However, the previous repair job had signed of a rushed reassembled of the interior, making the high labour rate not matching the quality of the service.
