Our BMW x3 was part of the Airbag recall. Booking the date was easy. It was suggested to take within the hour. On the day it was nearer 45 mins that included a free wash. Staff were excellent.

Car not returned in a condition I have come to expect from BMW. Tool kit and Tyre repair kit were all over the boot. Locking wheel nut was on front seat. Overall valeting was poor. Having spent £1700 I would expect better.

Front of service reception is 5 star. Service showed a lack of due care and attention. Adblue was topped up and spilt all over the cap and the fuel cap in the recess. The spill was not wiped clean and when I next filled up my car I was really annoyed

Prefer to deal with a human being when booking my vehicle in and out rather than dropping the key into a box accessed by a screen. To the best of my knowledge the work itself was carried out satisfactorily - safety recall.

Original booking cancelled due to back order part, asked to be rebooked only when part in stock. Rebooked months later then cancelled the day before for the same reason. Transport preparations made on both occasions by myself. Extremely disappointed.
