Work was carried out OK, but communication was poor. £200 quoted by email just to diagnose an engine management light. Had to chase up diagnosis progress by phone twice before eventually getting a quote to replace a sensor.

The advice that was given was acurate. Unfortunately a Nox sensor that was installed elsewhere was not recognised. Bmw traced that another Nox sensor on the exhaust was not working so replaced it under instruction. Perhaps both should have been done.
