I was disappointed that it took 6 weeks to get an appointment to change the 12v battery on my i3 car to the point where it would not move. Your guys would no collect and it cost me £250 to get it to Yeovil (9miles) so the whole job cost me £800!

The fact I had to pay to have my car collected!. My previous vertu garage was 9 miles away and closed in 2024... the nearest one is now 30 miles away... and this year they introduced this charge (it was free last yr).

The staff we excellent, couldn't have been more helpful. They test drove the car with me, recognised the issue, diagnosed it, found me a courtesy car and got it all fixed. Couldn't fault it. Love BMW service it's the best by far.

Didn't have long to wait. Didn't have to pay as it was a safety recall. The work to be carried out was explained and just involved changing drivers airbag ..a 5 min job.The car had a free wash. I had a text message to tell me car was ready to collect

The car went in for fault/MOT work under warranty; which took a wk which I wasn't expecting. When I collected the car I noticed the oil warning light come on before I reached home. I was surprised at this because the car underwent a full health check

Had a health check told there was a lot wrong with car took it to another reptigol garage and it went through its mot with no advisories not impressed as bmw wanted hundreds of pounds to fix what didn't need doing

Would be 5star, but yet again the technician disconnected my dashcam (why oh why!?), and didn't reconnect it when returning the car. Dashcams are there for safety and security for the driver in the event of accident or other incident. Unacceptable.

Work was carried out OK, but communication was poor. £200 quoted by email just to diagnose an engine management light. Had to chase up diagnosis progress by phone twice before eventually getting a quote to replace a sensor.

complicated investigation and rectification work found to be necessary on TPMS system completed properly and in good time. The Service Managers, Adam and Andy, kept us informed and were both highly professional, as usual. The technicians were great.
